Motorcycle Crash in Endicott Leaves One Fatally Injured

18-Year-Old Driver Charged with Reckless Driving
ENDICOTT, N.Y. - Authorities have released new details about a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred in Endicott on Tuesday evening.
According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, the crash occurred at approximately 10:48 PM at the intersection of McKinley Avenue and Monroe Street. A motorcycle operated by Megan Brockett was struck by an SUV driven by 18-year-old Dominic Fontana of Endicott.
The impact of the collision sent Brockett flying from the motorcycle. She was pronounced dead at the scene by responding emergency personnel.
Fontana was not injured in the crash. He has been charged with reckless driving and failure to yield the right of way. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
